These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the pka98 platform, including the website at pka98.win, any associated mobile applications and all services, features and content provided through the platform. They form a binding agreement between you ("the user") and pka98 ("the platform", "we", "us").

All deposits at pka98 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit cards. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed in the Deposit section of your account.
Deposits are made for the purpose of gambling activity on the pka98 platform only. pka98 does not accept deposits from third-party sources – all payment methods used must be in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits will be reversed and the account flagged for review.
pka98 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposit processing times vary by method – JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically instant; bank transfers may take between 5 and 30 minutes depending on your bank.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used to make the qualifying deposit where possible. All withdrawals are in PKR. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing windows are stated in the Withdrawal section of your account dashboard.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, pka98 may require completion of identity verification. This is standard practice and is applied consistently to protect all account holders. Documents typically requested include a copy of a valid government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership.
Withdrawals will not be processed if there are active bonus funds with incomplete wagering requirements attached to your account balance. Real money balance and bonus balance are tracked separately in your account.
pka98 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual terms that are displayed clearly at the point of the offer. By accepting a bonus you agree to those specific terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.
pka98 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time and to disqualify users from offers where abuse of promotional terms is suspected.
The pka98 sportsbook covers Cricket, Football, Esports and other sports with available markets. All bets are placed in PKR. Odds are displayed in decimal format and reflect the potential return including your original stake.
Bets accepted by the pka98 system are binding. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your bet selection, stake amount and market before confirming placement. pka98 will not cancel bets placed in error by the user once they have been confirmed by the system.
In the event of a match abandonment, interruption or any circumstance where a sporting event cannot be completed as scheduled, pka98 will apply standard voiding rules for that market. Voided bets have stakes returned to your account balance.
pka98 reserves the right to limit bet stakes or restrict certain markets on any account where betting patterns indicate arbitrage, matched betting or other activity outside normal recreational use.
All casino games in the pka98 lobby, including slots, virtual table games and live casino titles, are provided by third-party game studios and use certified random number generators or real live dealer equipment as applicable. pka98 does not modify any game outcomes.
Game malfunctions – whether technical errors in a software game or equipment failure in a live dealer environment – render affected rounds void. Stakes from voided rounds are returned to player accounts. No liability is accepted by pka98 for any perceived winnings from a clearly malfunctioning game.
Return to Player (RTP) percentages displayed on game cards represent long-run statistical averages calculated over millions of rounds. Individual session results will vary significantly and RTP figures should not be interpreted as a prediction of any particular session outcome.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pka98 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the user's own request and no Terms breach is identified, remaining real money balance (excluding incomplete bonus wagering) will be returned via the user's last used withdrawal method.
